As a Supervisor of Supply Chain, you will mentor a team that establishes, updates and maintains enterprise-wide policies, procedures, standards, processes, systems and tools related to analyzing and purchasing goods and materials for enterprise operational and capital expenditures. You will identify and resolve technical, operational and organizational issues as well as encourage your team to challenge old methods and take responsible risks to improve results. A Day In The Life
In this role, you will manage and mentor a team responsible for driving changes to procedures, policies, and systems within Supply Chain. You will facilitate the development and enhancement of Supply Chain processes, ensuring that policies are maintained and up-to-date. Your day will involve coordinating and prioritizing the backlog and implementation of system enhancements, as well as establishing and refining relationships within Supply Chain and its customers. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence and shape the future of Supply Chain, working with various teams and departments to implement effective strategies and solution.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Facilitates process, system and policy improvements
- Leads the improvement of supply chain programs
- Coordinates development and adherence to supply chain processes
- Coordinates workforce planning and career development for direct employees
- Designs and implements supply chain processes
- Ensures company partners management, support and communications
- Other duties as assigned
- Required: Some college or Associate's degree in business and a minimum of three (3) years' experience in supply chain, purchasing/procurement or logistics
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, construction management, business, accounting/finance or engineering and a minimum of three (3) years' experience in supply chain, purchasing/procurement, logistics, project management or warehousing
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates financial, project management, and negotiation skills
